I am having problems with BB&T with overdraft fees without reason/cause for the auto drafts. When I spoke with a bank rep. about the issue, I was informed that he did not understand the need for the auto draft and that he did not have a lot of time. As a result, I did not recieve an answer nor explaination for the auto draft transaction and that I would be contacted Friday 6/10/11. I want that explaination or there will be a complaint filed and a investigation. People do not have the time. money, or resources for banks to mishandle any funds that is needed in order to live lifestyles, keep homes, and keep food on the table. These banks need a reform and I can offer a lot of help with operations if they need it. I know I can do a much better job than most of those savoy slick bankers because my work ethics includes morals not manipulation.

I live in Charlotte and as a business services company I have to accept checks from a variety of client’s banks. BB&T is without a doubt the worst to deal with. In this rough economy it pays to transfer funds as quickly as possible, and this bank is always a constant headache. In frustration I found this website and I’m glad to know I’m not the only one feels this way. Now I will accept no BB&T checks.

I think every bank sucks,I have yet to find a good one.I actually trusted this bank(so I thought).I applied for a loan,with securitys,good credit.They took days to give me an answer,meanwhile I had a deposit on an item,time was ticking.All they did was patronize me the whole time,plus wasted my time and my wifes time.Then called and said they couldn`t do the loan.Now I risk losing my deposit.Face it,Banks are not in the loaning business unless you already have alot of money in the bank,period.
